Welcome to FaceBip (“FaceBip”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of facebip.com, our mobile interfaces, and all related features and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account or using FaceBip, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Eligibility

To use FaceBip, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Not be previously banned from our Platform

If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials confidential

  • All activity performed under your account

  • Promptly informing us of unauthorized access or security issues

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

3. User Conduct

When using FaceBip, you agree NOT to:

  • Share nudity, sexually explicit material, or violent content

  • Upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful scripts

  • Use bots, automation tools, or scraping technology

  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Platform

  • Spam users, groups, pages, or comments

  • Sell or transfer your account

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or removal.

4. User Content

“User Content” includes posts, photos, videos, audio, comments, messages, pages, groups, and any media you upload.

You retain full ownership of your content.
However, by posting on FaceBip, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Store your content

  • Display it based on your privacy settings

  • Process it for Platform features (feed, search, notifications, recommendations)

  • Use it to maintain, secure, and improve the Platform

We do not sell your content.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • You own or have rights to the content

  • It does not violate laws or infringe copyrights

5. Messaging & Communication

FaceBip provides private messaging, notifications, comments, and interaction tools.

We do not access or read private messages unless:

  • Required by law

  • Necessary for user-safety investigations

  • Needed to enforce these Terms when abuse is reported

6. Privacy

Your use of FaceBip is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

7. Safety & Moderation

We reserve the right to:

8. Payments, Donations, & Funding (If Applicable)

If the Platform includes funding posts, donations, promoted jobs, ads, or paid services, you agree that:

  • All purchases are final unless otherwise stated

  • You must use legitimate and authorized payment methods

  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy (if provided)

  • We do not store your payment card information

FaceBip may include:

  • Embedded media

  • Third-party login or authentication

  • Advertisements

We are not responsible for:

  • Any damages resulting from their use

10. Intellectual Property

All FaceBip:

  • Logos, branding, and trademarks

  • Interface layouts and design

  • Software code and features

  • Graphics, icons, and text

are owned by FaceBip and protected by copyright laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify the Platform

  • Reverse engineer any part of FaceBip

  • Use our branding without written consent

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or delete your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You misuse Platform features

  • You post harmful, illegal, or dangerous content

  • Required by law

You may delete your account at any time through your settings.

12. Limitation of Liability

FaceBip is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service

  • Perfect security or zero data loss

  • Accuracy of user-generated content

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaceBip is not liable for:

  • Damages, losses, or disputes related to Platform use

Your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform.

We do not guarantee:

  • Responsible behavior by all users

  • Constant availability of the Platform

Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of Albania / Europe, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
